How do I make a claim against a bach owner protection?

Our claims process is managed by Frank Risk Management.  To make a claim follow these instructions:

Liability Protection claims

All stays resulting from enquiries made through Bookabach are eligible for this protection.  To initiate contact, make a claim or discuss a loss send an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).  Please include in this email:
- The booking reference related to the claim
- An explanation of the situation and the event which led to the claim. 
- Any formal documentation which alleges that you are liable or need to pay.

Property Damage Protection claims

Bookings booked and paid for through Bookabach (online payments or gift voucher payments) are eligible for this protection.  To initiate contact, make a claim or discuss a loss send an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).  Please include in this email:
- The booking reference related to the claim
- An explanation of the situation and the event which led to the claim. 
- Information about the primary bach home and contents insurer, whether you have approached them to make a claim and whether or not they have accepted or rejected your claim.
