I’m staying or have stayed at a property. How do I get assistance?

If you’re currently staying at a property and have a problem with your accommodation, then your first port of call for any assistance should be the Owner/Manager you’re dealing with.  You can find the Owner/Manager contact details by logging in to your Bookabach account and going to Bookings (click the down arrow after your name at the top of the page to find the Bookings link).  Click the More info button for the relevant property to display the contact details.


If you have recently stayed at a property and want to provide feedback (a review) on your stay, then you can find a link to do this by logging in to your Bookabach account and going to Bookings.  The booking status must be “Completed” before you can post feedback.  If the status is Requested, Accepted, Declined or Cancelled, please use the “Went Ahead” button and enter the required details, and we’ll follow up with the owner/manager.


If you have a serious complaint about a property - believe it’s unsafe or grossly misrepresented - then please contact Bookabach support.
