You’ll find a Forgotten your password? link on every log-in form. This will take you to a page with instructions on how you can re-set your password. For security reasons we encrypt passwords and we no longer send them out in emails. The Re-set Password email you’ll receive contains a special link you can use to set up a new access password.
When you re-set your password, please choose something new and don’t enter something you might’ve used with us before. Passwords must be a minimum of eight characters, with a minimum of one letter and one number, and are case-sensitive.
If you request a re-set more than once, please use the link in the most recent email sent to you, as previous links will become invalid with each new request.
We will only send password re-set emails to the email address registered with Bookabach. If you’re not receiving them, check the spam or junk mail folder of your inbox and put in a support request.
Account lock-out on Owner-Manager Website:
After 10 unsuccessful log-in attempts on the Owner/Manager website, your account will be locked for a period of 30 minutes. We’ll send you an email to let you know how to unlock it - or you can wait 30 minutes. This is to protect against automated hacking of accounts where an email address is known but a password is not.
