I’ve booked to stay at a property. How do I get assistance?

If you’ve made a booking request and had your booking Accepted and/or Confirmed, then your first port of call for any assistance should be the Owner/Manager you’re dealing with. 

You can find the Owner/Manager contact details by logging in to your Bookabach account and going to Bookings (click the down arrow after your name at the top of the page to find the Bookings link).  Click the More Info button for the relevant property.

If the phone numbers are invalid and you suspect there may be a problem with the supply of accommodation, then please contact Bookabach support.
