We're in the process of upgrading Bookabach to a brand new HomeAway NZ platform. You can help us in this process by directing your enquiry to the appropriate channel.

For HomeAway help

If you're stuck and need help on HomeAway NZ platform or bookings:

HomeAway support is available 24/7. Customer Service is provided by global and local call centres. If your need is urgent then call 0800 004 657 or +64 9 801 1377 if you're outside NZ.

For Bookabach help

If you're stuck and need help on the upgrade process or on Bookabach (legacy) platform bookings:
